Author Guidelines

Adreena: Indonesian Journal of Technology, Research and Science is a scientific journal that publishes original research, reviews, and critical discussions in the fields of technology, science, engineering, and innovation. The journal is published bi-monthly and uses a peer-review system to ensure the quality of each article. Adreena welcomes submissions from researchers, lecturers, students, professionals, and practitioners.

General Instructions:

  • Authors must clearly state the type of manuscript in the top right corner of the first page.

  • Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.

  • All listed co-authors must have approved the manuscript.

  • Articles will be peer-reviewed by experts in the relevant field.

  • Articles requiring format adjustments will be returned for revision.

  • Research involving human or animal subjects must include ethical approval.

  • Authors must submit a declaration of originality and compliance with Adreena's policies.

  • Articles will go through submission, review, acceptance, and publication stages with notifications sent to authors.

Author Fees:

Adreena does not charge any author fees for submission, processing, or publication. All articles are published free of charge (IDR 0.00).

Manuscript Format:

  • Language: Indonesian or English

  • Length: Maximum 10 pages

  • Paper: A4, single-spaced

  • Margins: 4 cm (left/top), 3 cm (right/bottom)

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12

  • Format: Microsoft Word (DOC/DOCX)

  • Page numbers: Bottom right corner, starting from title page

Abstract & Keywords:

  • Abstracts must be written in Indonesian and English for research articles.

  • Max 200 words, single paragraph.

  • Should follow IMRAD format.

  • 3-5 keywords listed alphabetically on the same page as the abstract.

Main Text:

  • Use SI units.

  • Avoid non-standard abbreviations.

  • Use metric measurements.

  • Numbers at sentence beginnings should be written in words.

  • References cited using superscript numbers (Vancouver style).

Tables:

  • Maximum of 6 tables (1 per 1000 words).

  • Typed with 1.5 spacing.

  • Numbered sequentially with short titles and footnotes.

Figures/Images:

  • Max of 6 figures.

  • Submitted as attachments, numbered sequentially.

  • Include author name and image top marker.

  • Written permission required for identifiable images.

Statistical Methods:

  • Described in the methods section with supporting references.

Acknowledgments:

  • Address contributors, institutions, or sponsors without academic titles.

References:

  • APA 7th Style.

  • Alphabetically ordered.

  • Min 10 references (last 10 years).

  • At least 80% from journals.

  • Examples provided for journal articles, books, chapters, conference proceedings, reports, theses, and electronic sources.

  • References must be cited using APA style citation.
